The 2024 Peggy Cotter Travel Award Program for Early Career Branch Members
ISM is pleased to announce three award recipients for the IL Branch 2024 Peggy Cotter Awards for Early Career Branch Members
- Bailey Hamann, University of Chicago Medical Center, Chicago, IL
- Estephanie Reyes Vega, University of Chicago Medical Center, Chicago, IL
- Elsa Quintero, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago, IL
Congratulations to all three awardees!!!
Award Details:
- $1650 provided by American Society for Microbiology to attend ASM Microbe 2024, to be held June 13-17 in Atlanta, Georgia
- Up to $1000 in additional funding provided by Illinois Society for Microbiology to cover any remaining expenses
- Awardees will use the awards to pay for expenses associated with attending the meeting (Registration, travel, accommodation, meals, incidentals)
